Last updated 29 August 2026

These terms govern your use of TriggerFeed. By starting a trial or a subscription you agree to them.

TriggerFeed is a service of Bloor Engineering Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14230472), registered office 11 Pennine Way, Swadlincote, DE11 9EX. In these pages "we", "us" and "our" mean Bloor Engineering Ltd trading as TriggerFeed. You can reach us at george@triggerfeed.co.uk.

1. What TriggerFeed provides

TriggerFeed gives you a feed of new business openings in the United Kingdom, identified from public local authority planning data and enriched with publicly available business contact information. Access is sold on an exclusive basis: one active subscriber per business category, per region.

The service is a lead and market intelligence tool. It is not advice, and we do not act as an agent or introducer between you and any third party.

2. Your subscription

3. Acceptable use

Your subscription is for use within your own business. You must not:

You are responsible for how you contact the businesses surfaced to you, including compliance with UK marketing and data protection law.

4. Data accuracy

The data is derived from public sources and provided "as is". Planning records change, and enrichment is automated. We do not warrant that the data is complete, current or accurate, or that any opening will result in business for you. Nothing in the service is a guarantee of an outcome.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and the data fresh, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, regions or categories, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of business or opportunity.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time by cancelling.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell active subscribers by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
